5th of dicember zone is located between the hotel and romantica zone’s in downtown Puerto Vallarta. This neighborhood perfectly encompasses the old tradition and feels of Mexico with new world charm. Both houses are approx. 5 blocks from each other and approx. 2 blocks due west to the Boardwalk and Ocean!

We have 2 houses booked for friends, house 1 being for the wedding party and the other for majority of the rest!

We have reserved these two places from Wednesday- Monday, the 17th-22nd of March 2027.
It is up to you to depart Sunday or Monday, the cost will remain the same for your housing regardless of this decision.
The cost to stay is $350 per person for the entire trip, 5 nights. ($700 per couple).

What to Do
Activities in the Puerto Vallarta Area
Puerto Vallarta is home to a vibrant arts community, the boardwalk aka the Malecon is the heart and soul of the city, just steps from either accommodation.
EAT & DRINK
Mexico is known for many delicious foods and we are excited to share our love for the flavors that have made this region so famous.

PLAY
Both houses come with a dip pool to cool off! There are a plethora of beach clubs where one can indulge in service with a Margarita of there choice with a paired table, chair, umbrella.
Bike Rentals are accessible and the Malecon has a dedicated lane, early mornings are better.
An incredible beach hike is planned for one of the days which entails 2 miles of jungle and shore-based walking that leads to magnificent beaches and a fun beach club!

EXPLORE
The many markets and vendors across PV. The Malecon stretches over a mile with each section packing it’s own unique flavor. The Rio Cuale river separates the two main sections. Don’t miss the many street performers and sculptures on the boardwalk.
Thursday’s Rehearsal Dinner is outside of the box…. A taco tour, multiple spots for different chances to try out tacos of all variations.
